Focus Mechanic Co., Ltd. is committed to achieving stable business growth based on the foundation of sustainable development. Recognizing our responsibility toward all groups of stakeholders, the company has established a framework and policy covering three dimensions: Governance & Economic (G), Environment (E), and Social (S). This framework aligns with international standards and our organizational context to serve as clear guidelines as follows:

1. Governance & Economic Dimension The company focuses on transparent and ethical management, remaining resilient to change to build a strong economic foundation. We prioritize the following key issues:

  • Governance & Business Ethics: Adhering to good corporate governance, implementing anti-corruption policies, preventing conflicts of interest, and strictly maintaining data confidentiality. This includes defining access rights for sensitive data, reviewing centralized data storage systems, and upgrading cybersecurity as necessary. We also provide Business Ethics and PDPA manuals and training for employees, monitoring compliance and maintaining safety standards.

  • Risk & Crisis Management: Establishing policies and assessing corporate risks that cover ESG factors. We review the integration of ESG risk management with our existing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, identifying and evaluating ESG risks to incorporate management measures into our strategic risk management plans.

  • Innovation: Promoting creativity and the adoption of technology to increase business efficiency and create added value. We define innovation goals—such as new products or processes that meet ESG objectives—and communicate them to relevant employees. This includes internal innovation contests where ideas are selected based on 1) business feasibility, 2) cost reduction/revenue increase, and/or 3) positive ESG impact, followed by prototyping and process improvement monitoring.

2. Environmental Dimension The company prioritizes environmental protection and the optimal use of resources to minimize ecological impact, emphasizing the following:

  • Environmental & Resource Management: Using energy efficiently by systematically tracking electricity, diesel, and LPG consumption relative to production volume. We establish baselines for diesel consumption per product unit and set targets/guidelines for energy efficiency.

  • Water and Waste Management: Collecting and disclosing data regarding water usage and waste/scrap management (specifically for the Chonburi plant) to relevant stakeholders.

  • Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions: Collecting data and establishing channels for disclosing the company’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions.

3. Social Dimension The company is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for employees and creating a positive impact on society through these guidelines:

  • Employee Care: Studying ways to build employee engagement by designing and conducting "Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Surveys." The results are summarized and presented to management to develop strategies for improving employee well-being and satisfaction.

  • Community & Social Engagement: Assigning primary personnel to manage community engagement across the Bangkok office, Chonburi plant, and Kingkaew warehouse (Samut Prakan). We identify communities within a 5-kilometer radius of our operations to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns. This information is used to define engagement guidelines and prepare the Annual Community and Social Engagement Plan for 2027.
