Focus Mechanic offers ISOCUT T 400-2A, a low-viscosity metal forming fluid made from highly selected, refined mineral oil with chlorine-free EP additives. It is classified as non-hazardous under EU CLP and has been tested for use with stainless steel electronic components, so there's no need to worry about residues affecting downstream processes or end-product standards.
Suitable for light- to medium-duty stamping, punching and forming, as well as fine-finish cutting and grinding. Strong lubrication reduces friction between the die and stainless steel, leaves a smooth surface after stamping, and extends die life.
